The Guilford Nonprofit Consortium’s Executive Leadership Academy is now taking applications for the class of 2027 (January – June 2027). Executive Leadership Academy is a six-month commitment to professional development by leaders at the top level of nonprofit organizations.
Participants have access to world-class leadership programming delivered in partnership with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) faculty and are matched with an executive coach (a member of Triad Coaching Connection) for seven coaching sessions. The cohort of ELA learners also learn and practice peer coaching skills during their time together.
Participants operate at the top level of organizational leadership as executive director/CEO/president or at the VP/C-Suite level and have fiscal and management responsibilities within the organization. Valued at $30,000 per participant, this opportunity is available for member organizations for $1500 per participant.
