Director of Programs and Community Outreach

The Music Academy of North Carolina is looking for a full-time Director of Programs and Community Outreach to oversee, grow, and innovate our educational offerings and deepen our community impact.

• Work with MANC’s leadership team to envision and develop new and existing programs that align with the Music Academy’s mission.
• Identify new community partners to represent a broad and diverse range of constituents
• Cultivate partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations
• Bring new ideas and energy to our performance and community engagement initiatives
• Champion access, inclusion, and excellence in music education

• A collaborator with experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or musical arts setting
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for community engagement and mission-driven work
• Commitment to equity, access, and the transformative power of the arts
