As our Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission, leading our initiatives and inspiring our team. You will oversee program development, community outreach, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring we effectively serve our clients and advocate for their rights.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and vision to the organization.
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of undocumented immigrants.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
- Manage organizational operations, including budgeting and staff development.
- Advocate for policy changes that support undocumented communities

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Five or more years in nonprofit leadership with a background in social work, community development, or advocacy, preferably in service of the immigrant community

- Strong understanding of issues facing immigrants, including those that are undocumented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to fundraise and build partnerships.
- A passion for community engagement and empowerment.

- Bilingual with fluency in Spanish, African French, or Arabic
