The Guilford Nonprofit Consortium maintains an open membership policy. Any established nonprofit organization in Guilford County is encouraged to join the Consortium. Membership dues are based on the number of full-time employees and are renewed on an annual basis.
Organizations wishing to join the Nonprofit Consortium must complete a Membership Application and pay their dues. Individual nonprofit consultants can join at the same price as an organization, with the stipulation that they must donate a specified number of hours of pro-bono service which is either used by the Consortium or gifted to a member organization.
Exceptions to policy:
• Nonprofits outside of Guilford County may join at double the dues amount.
• The Consortium does not solicit churches as members – Consortium services are not designed to meet the needs of churches.
