Triad Health Project is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with office management skills to join our team.
Accounting responsibilities will include accounts payables, bank reconciliations, grants reporting and budget tracking, recurring journal entries and assisting with monthly financials and annual audit. Office administration responsibilities include telecommunications, facilities, purchasing, computer support and other related duties.
Position requires completion of intermediate Accounting coursework, 3-5 years accounting experience, 1-3 years office administration/management experience, high level of Excel proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities. Prior non-profit accounting or bookkeeping experience and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
