Could your nonprofit use support with best practices and creating an affirming culture for LGBTQIA colleagues and community members? Join Heather Branham, LCSW and Stephen Wiseman, LCSW of Just Conversations to discover:
- Up-to-date terminology and concepts related to the LGBTQIA community
- Challenges facing LGBTQIA people
- Ways to create inclusive and affirming organizational culture for people of all genders and sexual orientations.
Heather and Stephen are frequent presenters on topics relevant to LGBTQIA communities and consult with professionals and organizations seeking to improve their services to these communities. Their Just Conversations project facilitates nuanced conversations about gender, sexuality, violence, and healing through training, advocacy, and storytelling.
