Financial Basics for Board Members

Join us for Financial Basics for new and veteran Board members. The session will introduce the financial management responsibilities of the nonprofit board, discuss the financial roles in a nonprofit organizations and how to read and understand financial documents. This session is free for Fall 2018 graduates of the Board Development Academy and $12 for all other attendees. The session includes a light meal and materials. Session presenter is nonprofit financial expert Bob Newton. NOTE: If you have attended a previous Board Academy this session is the same material presented in the Financial session of the Academy.
MUST BE A BOARD MEMBER OF A CONSORTIUM MEMBER ORGANIZATION TO ATTEND.
